Three Blocks Of
Better Burning
The "21Thirty" program is structured around three main blocks designed to help individuals develop a healthier mindset and fitness habits. These blocks are designed to be manageable and sustainable, helping participants build habits that last. The program combines practical advice with scientific insights, making fitness and nutrition more approachable and enjoyable.
Block 01
This block focuses on the basics—five non-negotiable changes that, while seemingly small, have a significant impact. These changes are designed to be simple enough to start immediately but powerful enough to kickstart a transformation.

Block 02
This block introduces six quirky and creative tasks that require only 66% effort. The idea is to keep things interesting and engaging while still promoting positive change. These tasks are designed to be easy enough to maintain but spicy enough to keep the program fun and dynamic

Block 03
This block consists of four negotiable promises to oneself. The focus here is on flexibility and adaptability. Participants are encouraged to try, fail, laugh, and try again, emphasizing progress over perfection. This block acknowledges that life happens and that it's okay to be imperfect
